EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

Join the Ingredients Business Finance team at IFF as an EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst. Based in Oviedo, Spain, you will help drive data‑driven decisions across the EMEA region, supporting financial planning, commercial analysis, pricing, budgeting and more.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting of sales, gross profit and RSA costs for the EMEA region.
• Support forecasting processes and work to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing monthly EMEA regional business reviews.
• Drive the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes across the region.
• Support pricing strategy design and execution to optimise commercial performance.
• Promote cost‑optimization and efficiency initiatives across business units.
• Develop financial and capital‑investment models to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to deliver impactful financial insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
