Endpoint Management Specialist (Night Shifts 6 p.m.-2 a.m.)

About the role

Drees & Sommer is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist to join its IT team in Málaga. The role provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and regions, contributes to system administration and network operations, and helps build secure, compliant endpoint architectures. Working hours are not fixed and may include evening, night, weekend or rotating shifts depending on the regions supported.

Key responsibilities

• Level 2/3 support for endpoint incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS and device issues, and managing incidents through their lifecycle with root cause analysis
• Support user onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning
• Maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft 365, configure and test device, compliance and configuration policies, monitor compliance and support remediation
• Package, test and deploy software applications and updates, troubleshoot deployment issues and support application lifecycle management
• Validate new configurations and policies before production rollout, take part in pilot deployments and contribute to automation and process improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge articles, and share knowledge within the team

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations or advanced IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluent English (C1 or C2)

• Software packaging and application deployment
• Endpoint security and compliance concepts
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
