Engagement Manager, AI Implementations

About the role

As an Engagement Manager in the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, you will lead the delivery of AI‑driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You will coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions for enterprise, government and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end‑to‑end implementation of AI use cases, from edge AI deployments to privacy‑preserving inference systems.
• Act as the primary client liaison, translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful onboarding.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Tether’s AI product suite and implementation methodology.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing technology projects involving AI or machine‑learning solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills and proven ability to work with global, remote teams.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multi‑disciplinary, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Interest in fintech, blockchain and digital finance ecosystems.
