Infrastructure/Workplace Operations Engineer – Intune

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure/Workplace Operations Engineer specialized in Microsoft Intune to support a major insurance client. The role combines on‑site work in Madrid (2 days) with remote activities (3 days) under a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end application management (integrate, test, qualify, deploy) using Intune.
• L3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by users.
• Bug analysis, fixes, and feature development when required.
• Contribute to product lifecycle management for the local entity.
• Create and maintain app packages, WIP/VPN configurations, and related documentation.
• Generate security, device‑count, and application reports via Intune and Log Analytics.

Required profile

• English C1 writing skills for documentation.
• Experience with MDM approaches using Autopilot and Intune.
• Strong background in Windows device management.
• Knowledge of Windows Information Protection (WIP).
