Engineering Leadership Experience 2026 Graduate Programme

About the role

The Mars Engineering Leadership Experience is an international graduate programme made up of three 12-month placements covering different areas of Engineering at Mars. It combines technical growth with leadership development, tailored to each participant's development path, and includes a year working abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Year 1: Project Engineer role focused on building technical understanding and learning about Mars and its brands.
• Year 2: Work abroad to understand different cultures and develop your own leadership style, with personal and professional support.
• Year 3: Manage your own team, put your knowledge into practice, help develop other Associates and build your future career within Mars.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, graduating in 2025 or having graduated within the last two years.
• Passion for engineering and leadership, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• Ideally some experience managing a group or project during your degree or a previous internship.
• Flexible and willing to work abroad for at least one year while holding the right to work in the UK for the other two years.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
