ERP Consultant – Remote (Spain) – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

Orisha’s Agrifood Ibérica Business Unit is looking for ERP Consultants to help its clients in the olive oil, grains, animal feed, wine, fruit & vegetable, livestock and distribution sectors. Working remotely from anywhere in Spain, you will join a small support team and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to modernise customers’ production, traceability and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client operations and customise Business Central to optimise production and traceability.
• Configure the solution, manage data migration and adapt the system to real‑world business needs.
• Train end‑users, ensuring they can work efficiently with the ERP.
• Provide ongoing functional support and continuous improvement for long‑term value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech consulting or ERP implementation.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Background in the agrifood sector.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Permanent contract with 100 % remote work (or 2 days per week onsite).
• Flexible schedule: Mon‑Thu 08:00‑17:30, Fri 08:00‑15:00 (summer schedule).
