ERP Demand to Pay (D2P) Domain Architect

About the role

The ERP Demand to Pay (D2P) Domain Architect is a senior position within Roche’s Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure & Engineering (EPIE) ERP function. You will lead the architecture of the global procurement landscape, translating strategic business goals into robust, future‑ready technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the System and Solution Architecture network across all D2P sub‑domains, ensuring alignment and fast delivery while maintaining enterprise coherence.
• Collaborate closely with the central Strategy, Portfolio & Governance (SPG) team to translate capability maps, maturity assessments, and target‑state blueprints into actionable road‑maps.
• Drive local architecture governance, guide embedded architects, and ensure consistent application of shared principles and platforms.
• Partner with ERP and non‑ERP domain architects to integrate ERP Source to Procure, Accounts Payables, Supplier Management, Data Analytics, and Travel & Expense solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for strategic sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and overall D2P operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within large‑scale ERP environments.
• Proven track record leading architecture teams and delivering complex, cross‑functional solutions.
• Deep understanding of global procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at both technical and business levels.
