ERP Program Lead - Spain

About the role

Infosys Consulting's ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and brands deliver business transformation through digital ERP solutions and services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation. It is looking for an ERP Program Lead in Spain to lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from start to finish, ensuring delivery within budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organisations.
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business and change management teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, and present them to clients.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading challenging, full-lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size and complexity for ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources, and mentoring consultants.
• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Willingness to travel for project-related mobility.

• Ability to articulate value-based propositions, review program financials and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
