Executive Assistant – Global Management (Pharma)

About the role

We are a leading multinational pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global Management team. The role is based in Madrid and operates in a fast‑paced, strategic, and international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Global Management, including agenda management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Coordinate and monitor global projects using PMO tools to ensure timely execution and alignment.
• Analyze marketing and commercial data to produce insightful business reports.
• Prepare high‑level presentations for senior leadership.
• Support corporate budget tracking and follow‑up.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with international teams.
• Identify business gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Review marketing materials and assist with global communications.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance, PMO, or senior business support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
