Extracurricular Activities Monitor

About the role

The Extracurricular Activities Monitor will design, implement and oversee a range of engaging after‑school programmes for students at the British School of Málaga. The role ensures that all activities are safe, inclusive and aligned with the school’s commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding. You will work closely with teachers, external providers and the wider school community to enrich the student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a diverse portfolio of extracurricular activities that stimulate creativity and learning.
• Monitor and evaluate student participation, collect feedback and adjust programmes accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers and external providers to schedule, resource and promote activities.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, safeguarding policies and inclusion principles.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in planning, organising and executing student activities or similar programmes.
• Degree in education, recreation, or a related field demonstrating a solid academic foundation.

Required skills

• Creativity and innovation in designing engaging programmes.
• Strong organisational and instructional abilities to manage multiple activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers and external partners.
