Extracurricular Activities Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to design and implement engaging extracurricular activities for students at the British School of Málaga. You will work closely with teachers, external partners, and the school community to ensure programs meet the highest standards of safety and educational value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging extracurricular activities.
• Monitor and evaluate student participation and feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers and external providers.
• Ensure safety, inclusion, and wellbeing in all activities.
• Identify and address potential safeguarding and health & safety issues.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within programs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in activity planning and execution.
• Degree in education, recreation, or a related field.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Alignment with ISP values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Required skills

• Creativity and innovation in program design.
• Strong organizational and instructional skills.
