About the role
We are seeking a Learning Assistant for the Primary department at the British School of Málaga. The role supports students by delivering individualized support plans and assisting during classroom activities, contributing to their academic progress and wellbeing. Wellbeing and safety are essential for learners, and the assistant helps identify and address any safeguarding concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Provide support to students in the classroom and during various activities.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
Required profile
- Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in education or a related field.
Required skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent patience and ability to work with diverse students.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
