Finance Controller – Consolidation & M&A Integration

About the role

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Finance Controller – Consolidation & M&A Integration to join its Corporate Finance team. The role ensures the integrity, consistency, and audit‑readiness of financial information across the Logistics Cluster while driving post‑merger integration and Oracle Fusion implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and guarantee accuracy of data across legal entities.
• Perform financial analyses and modeling to support management decisions.
• Ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts, and budgets in close coordination with FP&A.
• Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, aligning accounting policies and processes.
• Support IFRS compliance, audit activities, and the rollout of standardized financial processes.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion implementation.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial controlling and consolidation.
• Experience with M&A financial integration.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
