Finance Insights Manager

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Finance Insights Manager to join its Finance Performance department at the Barcelona headquarters. The role owns how Glovo reports and presents its financials internally, leads the team behind the internal and external reporting package, and acts as product owner for Finance's analytical stack, driving automation and AI across the department while leading a team of three analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internal reporting package end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, transparency and adherence to closing timelines.
• Define and safeguard the consistency of core financial metrics such as GMV and Contribution Margin.
• Enable FP&A, Controlling, Accounting and Local teams to run on a reliable single source of truth.
• Act as product manager for the analytical stack, setting requirements and priorities for technology teams (e.g. Anaplan, AI-powered analytics agents).
• Turn data deep dives into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive the automation and AI roadmap, championing tools like conversational analytics agents.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of three analysts.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional finance experience, with 3+ years managing and developing a team.
• Proven experience owning a reporting or financial-insights function end-to-end.
• Expert financial modeling and consolidation architecture, including unit economics and shared-cost allocation.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles.
• Product-management mindset for the finance analytical stack and strong analytical instincts.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
