Foundation IP Development Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices' Foundation IP group is looking for a senior Design Engineer to develop logic IPs (standard cells and IOs) that support analog, digital and mixed-signal SoC designs across various technology nodes. The role involves library development, characterization and verification, and requires some travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, simulate and layout logic cells and IO circuits
• Characterize libraries
• Generate library views to enable digital, analog and mixed-signal design and PnR flows
• Develop and run library QA methodology
• Debug library and design issues
• Write programs and scripts for automation

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

• Circuit design, simulation and characterization
• Library view development and verification
• Familiarity with analog, digital and mixed-signal design flows
• Programming or scripting

Applicants needing access to technical data may have to undergo an export licensing review. The position is a day shift, with about 10% travel required.
