About the role
Join Concentrix as a Fraud Activity Agent in Barcelona, supporting French‑speaking customers on‑site. You will work within a global technology and services leader, helping brands protect their customers from fraudulent activity while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and predefined macros.
- Collect, verify, and document all required customer information to confirm or refute fraud allegations.
- Manage cases within defined timeframes, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Escalate tickets to Level 1 when client documentation is missing after 14 days, following established procedures.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French and advanced English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and adaptability.
- Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and other extended operational tools.
- Knowledge of OS‑level platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Familiarity with parcel‑tracking systems.
