Fraud & Risk Project Manager

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Fraud & Risk Project Manager in Barcelona. You will safeguard the platform by designing, scaling and managing strategic fraud prevention initiatives across all operational touchpoints, using data-driven analysis to balance fraud loss reduction with user conversion and operational quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of anti-fraud projects, tools and processes across regions and markets
• Analyse fraud vectors, emerging patterns and financial impact to find vulnerabilities in customer, courier and partner operations
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal and Compliance to design automated risk rules and detection systems
• Act as main contact for regional and country teams, gathering local requirements and turning them into roadmap items
• Prioritise initiatives by financial impact, risk exposure and country needs
• Define, track and report fraud metrics and KPIs
• Design incident response protocols and workflows for high-severity fraud events
• Evaluate external vendors, third-party tools and identity verification solutions

Required profile

• 3+ years in operations management, project management or fraud prevention within tech, e-commerce or on-demand delivery
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of payment processing, identity verification, account takeover and promotion abuse
• Fluent English; Spanish and French is a plus
