About the role

The position is a dishwasher at the Palacio San Juan, part of the Royal Hideaway hotel. The role focuses on maintaining clean tableware and kitchen equipment while supporting overall hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and good condition of all customer‑use tableware.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good state of the assigned areas.
• Care for cleaning equipment, including the commercial dishwasher, hand‑washing stations, pot‑scrubbing stations, and waste compactor.
• Use chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to procedures.
• Follow the company’s safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Completed a medium‑level vocational training program (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Previous experience in a similar position is valued.
• No language requirement.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Energy to maintain an appropriate activity level.
• Good time‑management skills.
