Fregador/a – Servicio de Limpieza en Hotel

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is looking for a dedicated dishwasher to join its housekeeping team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will ensure that all guest tableware and kitchen equipment are cleaned to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel’s food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of all customer-use tableware.
• Operate and care for cleaning equipment, including dishwashers, hand‑washing stations, pot‑washing stations, and waste compactors.
• Apply appropriate chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents according to safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance of the assigned cleaning areas and report any issues.
• Follow the company’s health, safety, and security policies at all times.

Required profile

• Mid‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• No language requirements; basic Spanish is sufficient for daily tasks.
• Interest or knowledge in hospitality operations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, manage time, and sustain a steady work pace.
