About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Hospitality Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and managing reservation requests. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering professional service while ensuring accurate handling of client preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries, research accommodations, services, and activities, and coordinate details based on preferences.
• Review confirmations for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and track outstanding requests.
• Communicate updates to clients and hospitality providers, handle modifications, special accommodations, and resolve reservation‑related questions.
