French-English Customer Service Advisor (Barcelona)

About the role

Dojo is looking for enthusiastic French‑English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join its Barcelona team. You will be the frontline contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and live‑chat messages from customers.
• Provide information, update account details and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Occasionally initiate outbound contacts to keep customers informed.
• Navigate internal and external systems to resolve queries efficiently.
• Adopt a “Right First Time” approach and follow issues through to resolution.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proactive attitude with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary of €25,000 gross per year (bilingual) or €27,000 gross per year (trilingual).
• Quarterly bonuses up to €2,800 based on performance.
• Meal voucher (ticket restaurant).
• Hybrid work model – at least 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
• 39‑hour work week with flexible shifts (8 am‑11 pm, Monday‑Sunday).
• Equipment provided on day one (laptop, headset, etc.).
• Induction start on 28 September.
