French Reservations Agent – Central Reservation Office, Madrid

About the role

Minor Hotels is looking for a French‑speaking Reservations Agent to join its Central Reservation Office in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth reservation process from inquiry to confirmation while promoting the brand’s hotels and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Provide detailed information about hotels, products and services to prospective guests.
• Perform up‑selling and cross‑selling to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with reservation policies and procedures across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor and other team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Flexibility, proactivity and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Availability for a full‑time, on‑site schedule.
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Sales or reservation management experience is valued.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
