French Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Digital Advertising

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital advertising team in Barcelona as a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑language advertisers, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance verification, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate licence, insurance and business registration documents for new reviews and recertifications.
• Provide phone and email support for live advertisers and handle escalated photo submissions that require French language expertise.
• Assess content against compliance guidelines and manage guarantee claims.
• Monitor provider quality, contribute to improvement initiatives and support retention through churn analysis and reporting.
• Guide businesses through onboarding, ensuring all requirements are met for a successful go‑live.
• Develop expertise in regional onboarding processes and advise on verification requirements.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• C2 level proficiency in French and C1 level in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
• Clear communication skills and strong organisational habits.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (a plus).
• Approximately 1.5 years experience in compliance or verification roles (desirable).
• General knowledge of home‑services industries such as plumbing or electrical.
