French-Speaking Data Collector - Temporary

About the role

A temporary position in Madrid for a French-speaking data collector who keeps the company's databases up to date for the French market. The role sits within a multicultural, dynamic and committed team.

Key responsibilities

• Update reference databases with new products and changes in the French market, classifying products and standardizing data according to company hierarchies and business rules.
• Identify the changes needed in the existing reference file.
• Work with local offices to find out when and how to correct inaccurate data, delete data or add new entries.
• Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues.
• Perform quality control of maintained data and apply corrections as required.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Required profile

• High level of French and good level of English.
• Availability to work from the office (C/Condesa de Venadito).
• Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Highly organized, with experience of working accurately to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills by telephone and email.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

The contract is a 2-month temporary agreement.
