Tender Agent (Temporary)

About the role

Medline, a global provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions, is hiring a Tender Agent in Madrid for its Tender Management department, which reports to a supervisor. This is a temporary position. The agent supports the end-to-end tender management process by preparing, coordinating and delivering high-quality tender submissions on time, so that both existing and new customers receive top-tier tender solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver tender submissions within required timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements on public-sector tenders.
• Coordinate the tender process with internal teams such as logistics, sales and marketing.
• Carry out background research, document searches and data collection for tender preparation.
• Support the review and final sign-off of proposals and other tender documents.
• Handle sample order placements required for tender submissions.

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Ability to meet tender deadlines and take ownership of timely delivery.
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of Spanish; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, including tracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends and answering stakeholder inquiries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
