French-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Signaturit Group, a Namirial company and European leader in secure digital transactions, is based in its Barcelona office and is looking for a French-speaking SDR to develop the French market. You will run qualified prospecting campaigns across inbound and outbound leads, open the first conversations with potential clients and book meetings for the Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage leads through targeted campaigns (email, social selling, events, calls) to open conversations and book meetings.
• Understand prospects' needs to confirm fit with the solutions.
• Hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives for closing.
• Track and monitor performance in Salesforce and Apollo.
• Help improve SDR team processes and report activity and results to the manager.
• Analyze lead performance metrics and optimise campaigns against key KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Some B2B sales experience (internships or projects count), ideally in SaaS or digital technology.
• Fluent French and English (required); Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to qualify opportunities.
• Energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary of 24,000 to 28,000 EUR depending on experience, plus up to 5,000 EUR variable upon 100% achievement of objectives.
