French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – On‑site (Barcelona)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. You will support customers of electric‑vehicle brands, handling inquiries across multiple channels while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat and automated alerts.
• Log call details in the call‑management system and ensure resolution within agreed SLA.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, products and applications specific to each client.
• Provide coverage for teammates during absences and assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Handle administrative duties such as holiday, sickness and overtime tracking.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector, preferably electric vehicles.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate when necessary.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Internet configuration and basic IT platform knowledge.
