Front Desk Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the iconic Ritz‑Carlton Tenerife, Abama as a Front Desk Agent and become one of the first faces our guests encounter. You will represent the brand’s Gold Standards, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, cared for, and understood.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, aligning with brand standards.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about resort facilities, services, and experiences.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using internal systems.
• Process payments, billing, and account closures following established procedures.
• Address guest requests, preferences, and complaints with empathy and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Promote hotel services and identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain a pristine, organized front‑desk area that reflects luxury standards.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk operations or high‑level customer service, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multicultural team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
