FullStack Software Engineer .NET Angular

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a FullStack Software Engineer (100% position) in Madrid who designs, develops and tests software modules and ensures their optimal functionality and integration within complex systems. The role combines deep technical expertise with close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable applications using .NET and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Build and optimize database solutions, ensuring performance, reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve software quality through testing, automation and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• .NET Core / .NET and C#
• Angular and modern frontend development
• SQL databases, including design, query optimization, indexing and performance tuning
• REST APIs, Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Object-oriented programming, design patterns and data structures
