FX Dealer – Client Portfolio Growth

About the role

Marex is seeking an experienced FX Dealer to expand and manage a client portfolio. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and reports directly to the Country Manager, who liaises with the London headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow personal revenue while meeting CNVM‑aligned targets.
• Ensure client interests are central to all dealing activities.
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements and promote compliance across the team.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to the Country Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Legal and Compliance on client matters.
• Monitor market structure changes and share knowledge internally.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities for the firm.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an FX Dealer (FX Options, Spot or Forwards).
• Strong 360° sales capability.
• Existing client portfolio is a plus.
• Fully regulated under MiFID II.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
