General Manager – Boutique Sanctuary

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate General Manager to lead daily operations at Santuario Kunturi, a tranquil sanctuary in northern Spain. The role combines hospitality excellence with stewardship of the natural environment, ensuring guests experience calm, intentional connection.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site functions including guest experience, housekeeping, the restaurant (Flor de Loto), and the wellbeing space (Sacred Paths).
• Manage, mentor and schedule a small team of staff.
• Maintain gardens, grounds and resident animals with attentive care.
• Handle budgeting, vendor relations, and resource allocation.
• Implement sustainable practices and preserve the sanctuary’s slow‑pace atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in hospitality or boutique retreat settings.
• Gentle, respectful attitude toward animals, plants and guests.
• Willingness to relocate to or reside near Tresgrandas.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to an intimate, coherent and sustainable hospitality model.
