General Manager - SLS Residences Infantas Madrid

About the role

SLS Residences Infantas Madrid is the brand's first standalone residence in Spain, set in a 1920s neo-Baroque landmark in the Justicia neighbourhood of Madrid. As General Manager you will lead its opening and day-to-day success, shaping a highly personalised residential experience where service is effortless and community is vibrant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the homeowner journey end to end, from handover and welcome to daily living, community integration and long-term satisfaction.
• Deliver residential service standards through clear procedures, elevated standards and thoughtful training.
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, support HOA governance and act as the main point of contact for residents.
• Oversee all residential operations and coordinate cross-functional work and external providers so the guest sees no backstage.
• Manage budgets, control costs and optimise resources with the Director of Finance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure health, safety and security in line with local regulations and brand expectations.
• Cultivate local partnerships and bespoke lifestyle offerings for residents.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership in ultra-luxury standalone residences, high-end residential environments, serviced apartments or private members' clubs.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth homeowners and residents.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and driving operational excellence in a luxury setting.
• Strong project management skills and good knowledge of the local luxury market in Madrid.
• Multilingual skills are a distinct advantage.
