General Manager – Venture Fund Operations

About the role

itnig is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the operations of itnig Capital. You will act as the trusted executive partner to the fund’s partners, overseeing the fund’s operating system, investment quality, and value delivery to portfolio founders.

Key responsibilities

• Support founders with strategy, hiring, go‑to‑market, and fundraising, including end‑to‑end financing round preparation.
• Run fund operations: collect founder updates, maintain metrics dashboards, and produce reporting for partners and LPs.
• Manage compliance for a CNMV‑regulated management company, coordinating legal, tax, and commercial matters.
• Grow itnig’s media channels and audience to create founder value and generate deal flow.
• Build a proprietary pipeline of early‑stage tech founders and lead deep due diligence, turning analysis into investment recommendations.
• Develop and maintain transparent LP relationships, support fundraising, and help define the next growth stage of the fund.

Required profile

• Senior experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, investing, or operational leadership in a high‑growth tech company.
• Highly autonomous with strong judgment, able to drive decisions independently while leveraging partner input when needed.
• Proven track record of helping early‑stage founders solve practical problems beyond strategic advice.
• Strong analytical and investment judgment, comfortable asking hard questions and verifying data.
