About the role

Miista is seeking an International HR Manager to align global HR practices with business objectives across its subsidiaries in the UK, US, France, Spain, and Portugal. The role involves leading recruitment, talent development, diversity initiatives, payroll, and internal communications on a multinational scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment processes across all subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local needs.
• Design and implement global HR policies, adapting them to each country’s requirements.
• Develop and execute talent retention strategies to boost long‑term employee engagement.
• Manage a comprehensive training and development program to close skill gaps.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and create policies that eliminate bias.
• Oversee payroll, bonuses, and commissions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Enhance internal communication and increase visibility of HR processes for transparency.
• Monitor global HR trends, prepare reports for senior management, and advise leadership on HR matters.
• Travel at least once a year to each subsidiary to meet local teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of local labor regulations in the UK, US, France, Spain, and Portugal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
