German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Workster is recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for a growing team in Malaga. This is a full-time, onsite position handling inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and spotting opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. The location is described as a vibrant, multicultural city.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and help troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
• Work with the team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with excellent command of C1-level English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic and solution-oriented.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Adaptability to learn new systems.
