German-Speaking Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

PTC is looking for a German-speaking Demand Generation Specialist to support growth in its automotive vertical, one of PTC's strategic areas. The role plans and runs integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs that build qualified pipeline and support revenue goals, working closely with Sales and cross-functional partners. It is an experienced individual contributor role focused on building, optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run industry-specific multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, digital ads, webinars, events, content syndication) to engage target accounts and personas
• Build and manage campaign infrastructure: landing pages, content offers, audiences and nurture tracks, keeping an always-on nurture motion and retargeting audiences
• Lead management, scoring and funnel operations, partnering with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops so leads are routed correctly and data issues are fixed
• Track campaign performance against KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, CAC/ROAS) and recommend changes to targeting, creative and channel mix
• Share results with stakeholders through dashboards and structured reporting
• Drive creative briefs, asset requests and approval timelines with internal creative and external partners, and coordinate with paid social processes
• Align campaigns with Sales revenue priorities and coordinate integrated programs such as webinars, field activities and events

Required profile

• 3-6 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing; software solutions, SaaS or complex solutions a plus
• German at professional level
• Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and optimizing them with data
• Practical knowledge of lead lifecycle (MQL/SQL), nurturing and audience-based retargeting
• Comfortable partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams

• Marketing automation and CRM familiarity (bonus)
• Dashboards and analytics experience (Salesforce, Qlik, Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with AI tools)
