Senior Specialist, ALM Product Marketing

About the role

PTC is looking for a Senior Specialist in ALM product marketing in Barcelona. As part of its Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team, you will connect engineering solutions with enterprise customers worldwide, collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to design and deliver programs that generate awareness, engagement and measurable business outcomes. The role suits a marketer with a few years of experience ready to own programs in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and execute global and regional go-to-market programs.
• Plan digital marketing initiatives such as webinars, paid campaigns, virtual events and third-party promotions.
• Review market data and competitive positioning to recommend messaging and content updates.
• Measure and report on program performance to drive optimization and inform decisions.
• Work closely with sales teams so marketing drives qualified opportunities and supports pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with creative, product and demand generation teams to keep messaging consistent and campaigns running smoothly.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, engineering or manufacturing technology.
• Proactive, able to turn strategy into execution and data into insight, and comfortable managing several initiatives at once.
• Results-driven, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms, or interest in developing deep expertise in them.
• Comfortable analyzing marketing impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
