Product & Pipeline Communications Manager (Europe & Canada)

About the role

Regeneron, a biotechnology company developing medicines for serious diseases, is looking for a Product and Pipeline Communications Manager to join its international team supporting Europe and Canada. The role strengthens and protects the company's reputation through science-driven, patient-centred communications, working with in-country cross-functional teams, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Global Corporate Affairs. It is based in Madrid, Uxbridge or Dublin with a hybrid model of three days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in-country communications priorities, strategies and processes
• Develop country-level strategies for stakeholder communications programmes
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical and Medical Affairs teams
• Manage media relations, medical congress support and milestone communications
• Identify communications risks and recommend response strategies
• Shape Corporate Affairs strategies with regional insights and local updates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7-9+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of product and/or pipeline communications experience
• Global, regional and in-country communications expertise within Europe
• Understanding of EU regulatory, commercial and legal pharmaceutical communications
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory

• Salary range of EUR 58,200 to EUR 97,000 per year, depending on country, role level and experience
