German-Speaking Travel Support Agent

About the role

A global leader in the airline and travel sector is recruiting a German and Spanish-speaking customer support agent through Workster to join its team in Seville, Spain. You will handle inbound calls from customers and help them with their travel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers in German and Spanish
• Assist with flight reservations, ticket modifications, baggage inquiries and general travel questions
• Ensure a positive customer experience with timely, professional support
• Resolve queries efficiently while following company policies and industry regulations
• Work with the team to improve service quality and optimise processes

Required profile

• Native or bilingual German (mandatory)
• Advanced Spanish (at least C1 level)
• Legal authorisation to work in Spain (NIE, NAF and Spanish bank account required)
• Ability to work rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including alternating weekends
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Flexible hours: 25, 30, 35, 38 or 39 hours per week
