Global Change & Communications Manager

About the role

As a Global Change & Communications Manager you will shape how thousands of colleagues experience major ERP deployments and operational transformation programmes. You will ensure employees are engaged, prepared and ready to adopt new ways of working across a fast‑evolving global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver organisational change and business‑readiness activities for global ERP and transformation initiatives.
• Create communications, stakeholder‑engagement plans and change activities that support successful adoption.
• Partner with PMO, IT, business leaders and regional teams to understand impacts, align stakeholders and support deployments.
• Own and continuously improve the Global Operations intranet, including content governance, publishing workflows and employee resources.
• Produce deployment communications, readiness materials and engagement activities for each transformation stage.
• Identify and implement improvements to change, communications and employee‑engagement delivery.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in organisational change, business transformation, ERP programmes or employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering change activities, stakeholder communications or business‑readiness workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across cultures.
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset with curiosity, learning agility and fluency in English.

Required skills

• SharePoint (or similar intranet platform) for employee communications and change support.
