Global Graphic & Motion Designer

About the role

SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is recruiting a Global Graphic & Motion Designer in Valencia. You will own the visual identity of SQLI's global brand, keeping it consistent, high quality and effective across all markets, and sit inside the Global Marketing team alongside the Global Communications Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SQLI global brand identity and maintain international design guidelines across digital and physical channels.
• Create motion graphics, video intros, animated social media assets and event teasers, and work with regional teams on a library of localised assets such as banners, sales decks and whitepaper layouts.
• Translate corporate messages, PR announcements, employee branding initiatives and executive presentations into visuals.
• Support HR on recruitment, talent acquisition, employee advocacy and employer branding assets, and turn internal comms and onboarding into engaging formats.
• Design the visual concepts and branding elements for international corporate events, webinars and trade shows.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or a related creative field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French is highly advantageous.
• Strong visual judgement, ability to explain design decisions and work with international stakeholders.

Required skills

• After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign is a plus.
• Figma for prototyping and digital layouts; Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or CMS tools such as Drupal is a strong plus.
