Global Head of Internal Audit

About the role

Galderma is seeking a Group Head of Internal Audit to lead its global internal audit function. Reporting to senior executives and the Board Audit & Finance Committee, this senior leader will provide independent, forward‑looking assurance and act as a strategic partner to executive management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a risk‑based global internal audit strategy across all business units.
• Ensure the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal controls worldwide.
• Provide independent assurance to the CFO, CEO, Executive Management and the Board.
• Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation measures.
• Lead and develop a global team of internal audit professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to embed audit insights into business decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading internal audit functions at a global scale.
• Strong technical depth in audit methodology, risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and board members.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic, risk‑based audit programs.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
