Global ST & CTT Subject Matter Expert Senior Consultant (German, French or Dutch speaker)

About the role

Strada is hiring a Global Service Transition Senior Consultant (CG06_ST) as a subject matter expert for HR and payroll implementation services. The role combines global service transition leadership with country-specific operational and regulatory expertise, covering transition planning, governance, testing strategy, training and deployment support. It suits candidates fluent in German, French or Dutch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex global and local implementations, workshops and testing, translating complex topics into clear guidance for clients.
• Update global and local country material, support colleagues and act as the point of contact for sales opportunities.
• Define and run ad hoc testing strategies, oversee test execution and defect management, and monitor readiness across implementation phases.
• Identify and manage risks, safeguard timelines and deliverables, and ensure methodology and standards are followed.
• Onboard and support local consultants, and connect global central teams, local project teams and external stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally for workshops, training, testing and deployments.

Required profile

• 5 years in implementation services; experience as a Global-Local ST Consultant, CTT Consultant or Country ST Specialist is an advantage.
• 5 years of HR and payroll operations experience in a Strada core country; global or multi-country experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local HR, payroll, regulatory and statutory landscapes, aligned with global standards.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong PC skills (Microsoft tools) and Smartsheet experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in implementation services.
• Ability to coordinate across clients, operations, technical teams and program managers, and to lead multi-participant workshops.
