Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive (Norwegian)

About the role

HP is looking for a Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive based in Sant Cugat del Valles who speaks fluent Norwegian. The role owns the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts, developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies and working closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy and maintain comprehensive account strategies.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing and closing opportunities with new logos, retention and mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and a business case aligned to customer needs.
• Engage with executives, build customer relationships and manage pipeline growth and customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained within the past 12 months.
• Fluent Norwegian and a good command of English.
• Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management or a related role.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies, and knowledge of a modern IT (services) ecosystem.

• P&L management, business acumen and executive presence.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and AI to improve sales performance.
