Graduate Supply Chain & Quality Manager (2‑year program)

About the role

Airbus is launching a two‑year graduate development journey for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager. The programme combines on‑the‑job experience with structured training, aiming to build future leaders in aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier‑driven transfer of work and new‑product introductions (NPI) across multiple suppliers.
• Balance workload, ensure timely and quality‑focused delivery, and manage project costs.
• Maintain a global view of industrial processes, report status in the SMP IT tool, and ensure adherence to industrial planning.
• Coordinate MFT information for support, escalation and decision making.
• Lead APQP deliverables for ToW/NPI projects, capture lessons learned and ensure product maturity before hand‑over.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Quality.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive for innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
