Graphic Designer – Brand Communications

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to join the Brand Communications team of a leading global technology provider in the insurance and financial services sector. The role is hybrid, with four days of remote work and one day per week in our Barcelona office, running from the end of August through November with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality design assets from concept to final delivery.
• Develop presentations and PowerPoint master templates that follow brand guidelines.
• Design campaign key visuals and adapt them for digital, print and internal channels.
• Produce logos and visual identities as needed.
• Support agile content creation using tools such as Canva.
• Contribute to creative strategy, ideation and concept pitching.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to speed production and improve quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven experience in brand communications and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work strategically and hands‑on.
• Experience building and scaling design systems across assets.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools and workflows.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
