Graphic Designer

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its Patient Recruitment and Enablement teams. The role involves creating high‑impact visual assets for print, web and multimedia projects that help attract and retain participants in global clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Design illustrations, branding, and layouts for digital advertising, patient materials, posters, brochures and websites.
• Collaborate with recruitment leads, editors, production teams, printers and writers to deliver final assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting budgeted hours and strict deadlines.
• Review final designs with senior creatives and ensure files are production‑ready.
• Maintain accurate filing of graphic files, layouts and project documentation.
• Support quality control to guarantee correct print items and digital outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design or related field, or equivalent portfolio.
• 2‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Articulate Rise (preferred)
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for patient engagement
• Experience with digital assets such as banners, web pages and multimedia (preferred)
• Layout and print production expertise
