Groups and Events Intern

About the role

The Hoxton, Barcelona, is looking for a Groups and Events Intern to support its team as a key contact for groups and events. The internship is full-time, paid at 500 euros gross per month, and takes place in a fast-growing international hospitality group.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with other teams, clients and external third parties.
• Handle requests, process bookings and follow up with clients.
• Track requests and maintain an accurate, up-to-date database on Delphi.
• Prepare rooming lists, contracts, invoices and function sheets.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Events Management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Passion for hospitality and a positive, helpful attitude.
• Scarily organised, able to multi-task and prioritise.
