Growth Strategy Manager (Madrid)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Growth Strategy Manager based in Madrid. The Growth team promotes the Fever business plan across all markets and helps partners grow within the platform, making data-driven decisions at every level of strategy. The manager reports directly to the global growth direction.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for the decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high impact.
• Work with people and projects across markets and teams in an international setting (up to 40 countries).

Required profile

• +6 years of experience in an analytics and business role.
• Proven experience building trust to lead teams or key projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Data-driven approach, bringing numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines and departments.
• Advanced English; other languages are a plus.
