Guest Experience Trainee

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a trainee for its Global Guest Experience Team in Madrid. The trainee supports Guest Experience team members and other Brand Department colleagues on projects at global level, working on data analysis, brand resource creation and ad-hoc customer experience design projects. The duration is 6 months, starting in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Deduct and present actionable data-driven insights from Voice of Guest and Guest Satisfaction surveys
• Onboard and support hotels with Online Reputation Management tools
• Curate and visualize brand performance and quality data for monthly reports
• Balance guest needs with commercial and operational impact to define the optimal experience proposition
• Create and update brand resources such as brand standard manuals and Tools & Products guides
• Create creative assets such as branded collaterals and digital elements
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and trend analysis
• Manage meetings with stakeholders, including agenda, minutes, follow-up and delivery dates
• Lead ad-hoc projects on the design of the customer experience for each brand

Required profile

• Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
• Fluent English, spoken and written, with excellent communication skills
• Preferably hospitality experience or strong affinity for the industry
• Excellent organizational skills and strong project management abilities
• Flexible, proactive, team player with a global mindset and customer orientation

• Microsoft Office expert user (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Data analysis and presentation skills
